Wellbeing Software provides healthcare organisations with simple, integrated technology for accessing full patient records. The company appointed Context to deliver an integrated communications programme aimed at supporting the company’s rebrand as a connected healthcare specialist.
The Challenge
Wellbeing Software had previously been the parent company of four separate organisations; Apollo Medical Software Solutions, e-health Innovations, EuroKing Maternity Software Solutions, and Healthcare Software Solutions (HSS). In order to meet the demand for a centralised view of patient information, the company decided to bring its specialist businesses together under the Wellbeing Software healthcare technology brand.
As part of the rebranding exercise, Wellbeing Software instructed design agency Williams & Crosby to carry out comprehensive market research and develop a new brand identity, proposition, style and associated guidelines.
It was clear during the early discovery sessions that Wellbeing Software would also need to instruct a communications partner to drive a full scale programme aimed at maximising awareness and engagement with the new group identity and vision.
The Strategy
Part of Context’s initial brief was to support Wellbeing Software and Williams & Crosby with the launch of a new corporate website, providing SEO-rich content for all sections of the business.
The launch of the new company also coincided with Wellbeing Software’s attendance at UKRCO, a radiology congress and exhibition. Context managed a communications programme to support the launch of the brand, which included a comprehensive news and social media calendar and video interviews conducted on the company’s stand.
Since the launch, Context have been working closely with Wellbeing Software to devise a long-term marketing and communications strategy that includes regular content for the website, including downloadable marketing collateral and case studies, media outreach to key healthcare publications, email marketing support and a detailed social media strategy.
Context is also working with Wellbeing Software and Williams and Crosby to implement other digital marketing activity, including PPC, SEO and lead generation campaigns.
The Results
In the first quarter, Context secured coverage in major healthcare titles including Digital Health and Practice Business.
Context also produced a wide range of website content, including a downloadable guide to implementing collaborative radiology working, and a case study showcasing Wellbeing Software’s work with a group of clinical commissioning groups in North West London.
Since launching rebranded Wellbeing Software social media channels, Context has achieved over 26k impressions on LinkedIn and nearly 39k on Twitter, increasing engagement across the board.
