Ignata
Showcasing The Smart Solution to Recruitment

Ignata is a leading recruitment specialist based in the UK and Germany that specialises in a range of sectors. Their expertise cover financial services, technology, actuarial & investments and international fashion. Ignata enlisted Context in March 2018 to help support their PR efforts after a period of large growth and consolidation when forming the Ignata Group.

The Challenge

Ignata is a full service recruitment firm that specialises in a variety of sectors from finance to fashion.

They enlisted Context as their agency of record in March 2018, with a focus on content building for their website and media relations. This came off the back of a period of large growth after a succession of acquisitions and consolidation of smaller recruitment firms into the Ignata Group.

Context were also responsible for building Ignata’s newly-consolidated Twitter and LinkedIn followings, as well as helping to build buzz around the opening of the German office for Adamson & Partners (an Ignata brand).

The Solution

Context pulled together a comprehensive PR programme, that included social media and content creation.

By focusing on the breadth of experience across the varying sectors, Context was able to pitch Ignata across several different sectors as well as recruitment trade press. From company updates to brand launches (Ignata Actuarial & Investments), Context created a regular news pipeline for the recruitment specialists.

By using the wealth of experience of Ignata’s senior team, Context was also able to make use of ‘newsjacking’ opportunities across national and lifestyle publications, placing Ignata front and centre regarding job interview advice and post-graduate job market insights.

Alongside regular thought leadership content, another umbrella company of Ignata, SF Recruitment, also commissioned Context to do a full research report.

The Results

Context secured extensive coverage across key recruitment trade and business press during the campaign timeline.

Overall coverage had an audience reach of over 228 million across national, trade and lifestyle media.

Key highlights included Recruiter, HuffPost, The Sun, Recruitment International and Recruitment Buzz.
