Secure digital communications specialist Zivver has hired Tech PR agency Context to run a B2B PR programme that will focus on raising the profile of its email security and file sharing solutions in both the UK and US.
According to Zivver’s research, 62% of employees admit to making ‘email errors’, with data loss through email almost as big a concern as malware and phishing. However, the government’s Cyber security breaches survey found that only 5% of organisations put additional email security in place following a breach or cyberattack.
Zivver empowers people to work securely with minimal disruption while actively preventing data leaks for over 8,000 organisations globally. Zivver’s Secure Email and File Transfer solutions ensure widespread adoption across organisations through seamless integration with email and productivity platforms including M365, Outlook and Gmail. With a focus on empowering secure communication across the public sector, Zivver’s UK customers include Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust and St Albans City and District Council.
Rebecca Jackson, Senior Content Marketing Manager at Zivver said: “Our own research found that 98% of employees want the freedom to focus, but process overload, collaborative noise and IT friction are major barriers. This results in people making mistakes; in fact, human error remains the leading cause of data incidents reported to the ICO.
“At Zivver, we prioritise user-experience and make emailing securely effortless, thereby reducing data loss and empowering productivity. Context has a long history working with companies in the cybersecurity industry, and it is this experience that makes them a good fit for Zivver.”
Context will be responsible for developing and delivering a media communications campaign that promotes Zivver’s solutions and partnerships in the UK and beyond while positioning executives as experts in the field.
Jenni Livesley, Director at Context, said: “We understand Zivver’s mission to make email security accessible for everyone because too much responsibility is placed on individual employees to keep sensitive data safe. We look forward to working with the team to deliver their message to key audiences, in particular over the next few months as they prepare to launch a number of new security solutions, including their secure signature solution, Zivver Sign.”
